I was approached by Austin at Insight Global to interview with one of their customers. He said he saw my resume and thought I would be a good fit. As he explained the opportunity, I told him, that is not my skill set. He knew his customer very well. What a wonderful experience. I interviewed and was offered the opportunity. It has been a wonderful 90 days and I am looking forward to my next opportunity through Insight Global.

Fun people for the most part

Cons

Overworked, underpaid (unless you are the 5% who are successful), extremely high turnover, extremely manipulative (was asked to write raving company reviews on sites like this which explains the 4 stars, buy a new car, try to get college grads to move out of their parents home and into apartments so that they depend on their salary and cannot quit, ...), bad 401K plan, the list goes on...
