I love all the people I work with and the positive environment. Relationships I've built and the environment each day - I would not trade for the world!

Cons

I love the environment and that is so fast paced. It's not for everyone, but time goes by so quickly! Some days I wish I had more hours in the day!

I have been with Insight Global for about a year and it has been the most rewarding, professional experience. The day I started with the company I was paired up with an Account Manager that was my coach all the way up until I was promoted. It was great having a mentor assigned to me because each week they knew what I needed to improve on and learn and helped me accomplish my goals. Furthermore, the rest of my coworkers are just as motivating. Everyone in my office is has a positive attitude and genuinely wants to see on another succeed!

Cons

This career is a lot of hard work and dedication, so you must have that strong mentality everyday!
