Pros

Decent Pay Has a strong employee-centered culture Not lazy at all Gives back to the community Growth-oriented Creative thinkers A few really good leaders there.

Cons

Benefits are truly bad. Terrible internal systems. Sales hires are type-casts. They all look and act exactly the same... fake. That's not diversity. Too many undocumented processes. Too many critical processes are run out of spreadsheets. Too many C-levels and Presidents making decisions without regard to impact. Key metrics never agree from one report to another. Very foul-mouthed organization. They call it "being gritty". AKA "Work your people to death because leadership can't plan." Every single thing is the top priority. AKA Leadership is too selfish to look at company-level priorities. Doubling down on "woke" at every chance. Can't speak up if you don't agree without risk of punishment. Data systems seem to die every day. Hide the truth of the financials from the owners. Too much patting each other on the back and too little making hard decisions. CEO talks out both sides of his mouth. Great personality on camera but talks crap on people behind closed doors. Many corporate leadership roles are filled with long-tenured people that came from sales. Not the best choices for highly-skilled specialty roles. Chief Talent Officer is a talent-less arrogant, selfish whiner. Does not belong in any leadership position.

Pros

honestly none - I guess if I had to list one, some people make good friends here. Also, once you finally leave here you will be set up for success and excel in your next job because no place is as intense as this.

Cons

- completely unlivable wage with the promise that you will be a 25 year old "making minimum of $300k a year" if you "make it". Almost everyone either had multiple roommates or were still being assisted by their parents -must be in your seat at 8am on the dot and cannot leave until minimum 5pm, and are encouraged to work well beyond that because its a "grind" culture. you also get 1 hour on the dot for lunch otherwise you are "spoken to". -prey on naive college students, primarily attractive kids in greek life or sports -claim on having a culture of "constructive criticism" which really is just an excuse to bully you. They have a quarterly practice where everyone goes in a room and sits in a circle (after work hours), and you go around the circle telling each person something you like about them and something you dont (I was told I am too abrasive). Then, you take the things people don't like about you and put it on a sticky note on your desk to be reminded how to "be better". What in the world?!?! - my mental health extremely suffered here. the expectations are extremely unrealistic and in your first job out of school, you don't know any better. This is the most toxic environment of playing favorites, creating internal anxiety, and gossip -absolutely no work life balance in the name of "grinding". you are also expected to attend regular happy hours, social events with your team outside of work, otherwise you will be ostracized and jeopardize your chance of growth -I was once told my entirely appropriate dress pants were "too loud" and not to wear them again because they were patterned. Are you kidding me? I was also discriminated against for having curly hair that air dried and was told I needed to be putting "heat on my hair" -unethical work practices - you are encouraged to undercut and nickel and dime candidates. It's very slimy. -90% turnover rate. This speaks for itself.
