-Seeing the use of narcotics at work events, even from management level individuals -People driving home intoxicated from work happy hours, and no expenses allowed for Ubers to some events -numerous sexual harassment cases that there was no correction of - AM's having to retro pay their hard earned commission back due to past billing errors they didn’t have control over -When you are scheduled for a training at HQ you are paired up with a random roommate to share a hotel room with, one time my female colleague was paired with a married man by accident -During a sales conference, they overbooked hotels, that coworkers were obviously prepared to share rooms but many actually had to share beds as well - Poor and expensive medical benefits, only $250 dollar added to 401k yearly, poor PTO policies. - Extremely low base salary, and weekly commission structure that can change at any moment - Base pay is unlivable, especially prior to a promotion when you are not making commission. Management justifies this base salary due to a “work hard play hard mentality” when that’s not the case since territory is based on luck, connections or past relationships. Also a lot of external companies do not have budget to use our services most of the time. IG embodies a 'we take care of each other' value, but this isn't the case. Leadership only sees you when you're making them money, and beyond that, there’s little regard for employee well-being. Benefits are lacking, expense allowances are being cut, there's zero flexibility with working hours. There are quiet layoffs constantly happening. It’s all about profit, not people.
