I made some friends (but I no longer speak to them since I quit) Great training program Cool opportunities - Mission Trips, various councils Hybrid schedule Office was great - Free parking 24/7 in a great location Great resume builder

Cons

Horrible pay - definitely not a livable wage in most cities Benefits suck - limited PTO, only $250 401K contribution Management doesn't know what they are doing Favoritism Cult-like Cliquey You will be overworked and underpaid High metrics Super long interview process LOTS of turnover

Great place to enter the workforce as someone just starting out. Learned a lot about business and how to be a business professional.

Cons

Offices are very political. Advancements and territories are based upon timing and the office's leadership and their own bonuses. Everything is calculated and strategic (not in a way that benefits the actual employee). A lot of office bickering which makes the culture negative. Most people dislike the leadership.
