      It seems great on the surface...

      Upbeat culture, lots of young people.

      Cons

      Beneath the surface there are issues. Salary is not great, there is no actual 401k match instead you get "long term incentives" that only pay out if you stay and when the company exchanges hands. Oh, and the LTIs are matched to EBITDA... as that figure contracts so do your LTIs. Effectively, you get no 401k and the LTI loses value year over year. And operational (corporate) staff are exempt from extra LTIs too. It is a scam. Also, retaliation for pointing out risks.

      Can make a ton of money and great people. Work life balance is good if you’re a multi million producer

      Cons

      Hard to move out of sales - they make it impossible if you are a good sales person to be promoted. leadership can be selfish. Being a working mom is still very difficult if you want to be in leadership

      -can be lucrative depending on the accounts you get -great training program -great learning opportunities in sales -great growth opportunities -great people to work with

      Cons

      -low base salary (starting at 38k as a recruiter) -a lot of things out of your control so need to be good at staying positive and rolling with the punches
