Recruiter communication was consistent in the beginning stages and was able to get a fully remote contact through the company.

Cons

Did not advocate for a fair salary after contract ended with company that then wanted to rehire me; Recruiters would call with new possible contracts and I would agree to being presented as an option for interviews then would never hear from them again.
