Where do I begin? This is the most toxic work environment I’ve ever experienced. I still have PTSD from what I went through here. They put an extreme amount of pressure on you to meet metrics, work life balance is nonexistent because they all only hang out with each other outside of work. They have no life outside of insight global, it’s sad really. It feels like a cult. Mandatory happy hours, extremely low pay as an R1, so much drama because they’re all under the age of 28. You are forced to cheer and be in a happy mood at all times, especially at 8 in the morning during zone when you’re just trying to wake up. They treat their candidates like filth and want to talk them down to the lowest penny they can, so they can maximize their commission. This whole company is a joke and a scam. Please do yourself a favor and go work for any other company. I’m embarrassed to tell anyone I ever worked here.

I am a former employee. I worked for Insight global (San Diego) directly. I was not a contractor that was on Insight Global’s payroll. Most of the positive reviews you will see on here are from the contractors. This is mainly because they did not work for the company directly. Rather for clients of IG. If you are considering a job here. Don’t. Yes, it is a large company with a big office and excitement. This is how they pull young naive grads in. Do not be fooled. You are expected to not only work from 8am-5pm minimum. However, if you leave at 5 or show up right at 8am. You will be reprimanded. The turnover rate is insane! On average 1-2 people either getting fired or quitting weekly! The company targets new grads, squeezes everything out of them for 6 months(if you can make it that long) and then spits you out. Mainly because, you are exhausted and also start to realize how ridiculous the work environment is. The benefits are a complete joke. Again, it’s a place for people not ready to move on from college. I left after a year. If you currently work there and are thinking about leaving. Do it! Things will not get better, you will find something better!
