Pros

Good pay and benefits. Focuses on safety, being a leader in the industry, and innovation of products needed in current world. Is good at having women and minorities in top management positions.

Cons

Company doesn't promote an atmosphere for employees to explore and suggest new or better ways to do things. Job can become routine and boring.

Pros

Ingredion has a very diverse culture. Most of the recruiters said that and the work life balance is improving. The culture is pretty straight forward. They don't expect to start at a particular time. They ask us to start at a reasonable hour in the morning and end at a reasonable hour, ensuring deliverables are met. Busy months are January, May, Sept and Oct.

Cons

There is some downtime. Some reports are manual and automation is really needed in many reports. Pay is okay, can be made more competitive to other companies.
