Ingredion has a great company culture - I love the people I work with! I would recommend working at Ingredion to anyone. If you are interested in career growth, leadership makes it their mission to lift up their current employees and retain talent.

Cons

The department I work in is very fair in terms of expected work/life balance. I can't complain.
