Pros

People, big emphasis on diversity and inclusion

Cons

No new senior leadership from outside for new ideas ("we have always done it this way" attitude) same people in leadership positions for the last 20 years. Highly engaged, motivated employees quickly become disengaged as "innovation" is a very common word but is just that, corporate lingo with no meaning. Thinking outside the box and presenting new ideas and solutions only leads to "we've never done it that way," "it is too hard to change," "that's not so-and-so's idea so it will never happen." This breeds a culture where any new mid & lower level employees become disengaged. Asking for help from management gets swept under the rug. Leadership may listen but they don't hear you when needs are articulated and solutions are presented. If you has for help with other solutions there is no advice or other ideas. Overall lack of action by senior leadership. Promotions are not based on work and delivered results - it based on age, how long you have been in a role, and number of years in career. Great company if you want to collect a pay check and maintain status quo. If you are motivated to do big things, work hard and take ownership, maybe reconsider.

Pros

Not many. The good doesn’t out weigh the bad.

Cons

The culture is horrible. Everything is backwards. The good people are punished and the bad get rewarded. They let contractors go for no good reason. Training in most departments is awful. For those that do their job are expected to carry those that don’t do their jobs. Tulsa Service Center is a joke.
