Generally there are many wonderful people to work with, and who are happy to help others learn. There are opportunities to get exposure to different aspects of operations and in different application segments. There is good flexibility for work/life balance. Benefits are fairly good; paid paternity leave is a recent positive addition to benefits.

Cons

How good your experience is can depend heavily on your manager and whether they are willing to sign off on development opportunities, your flexibility to work from home, etc.
