Pros

There is room for opportunities . You get alot of exposure to different companies, work life balance is good, casual attire.

Cons

Before Covid there was great leadership, outings and mentorship, but it looks as though people have abandoned the ship. IT systems can take awhile. Not much career navigation or mentorship. Favorites are promoted first. After management achieved very hard to get promoted into upper level management. Detachment from Managers and Employees

Pros

Average salaries and bonus scheme. Good work force wanting the company to succeed. Private medical insurance included in employment package.

Cons

Salaries for junior and senior managers significantly below UK averages. Senior managers are expected to pass blame for failures to junior managers and operatives. Blame culture has become the norm. Not an equal opportunities employer, pale, male and stale is a good description of the management of this company. Factories suffer from significant under investment. UK factories likely to close within 5 years due to under investment in equipment and a poor/tired product portfolio.
