Pros

PTO benefits are decent. Some have said the salary but don't believe them.

Cons

Completely dysfunctional organization where some teams are very undersized and overworked and other teams are overresourced and drunk on power.

Pros

None, only that I have good team colleagues.

Cons

- Defensive management equipped with poor communication, time management and HR management skills. - Communication written with emotional threats and often forgot to communicate the business changed. - Training provided when they busy with month end close, then claiming you refused to participate. - Cost saving through minimum subsidy and employee pay for company event. - Weak proper knowledge retention and blaming new employee didn't learn it.

Pros

Freedom to work independently, without micromanagement

Cons

Overtime is expected. Training is minimal. Expectations are unrealistic. When the workload is too much and help is needed or asked for, you’re told to just work overtime to get it all done rather than being given help or solutions.
