      Pros

      Join if you enjoy working in an old school environment

      Cons

      HR do not represent employees and just messengers of the management. Toxic culture of having big dreams and little action, company's core values are just for show. Not a place for one to build on your career. Upper management position changes every 1-2 years resulting in a clash resulting in lots of office politics and unclear direction.

      Pros

      Some fantastic people who are kind and helpful and very knowledgeable. Good package and benefits Interesting industry Social activities were great When things are going well you feel amazing and are rewarded

      Cons

      Care First is a hollow value - people are not consulted and constantly undermined. Experts in their field are not listened to so work becomes increasingly frustrating and demoralising. Honesty is not appreciated nor is any form of contradiction- you’re labelled a trouble maker when you truly have the best interests of the business at heart Work load is high which would be fine if you had some autonomy

      Pros

      Most colleagues try to be helpful. Can do attitude among most teams. Hands on senior management. Usually consensus based decision making. Good compensation and MNC standard benefits. Fast career progression if willing to put in the extra mile.

      Cons

      Lacking basic processes and foundations in some areas. Us vs Them mentality. Bloated Corporate organisation. Lack of accountability in decision making. Does not encourage healthy work life balance.
