Pros

Ingredion is a healthy company with a stable business and many good people. In general I liked working there.

Cons

No good career development, if not based in one of the main offices. Most things are controlled from the HQs in Westchester (ex Corn Products) after the acquisition. Quite high staff fluctuation. Internal organization bit messy. Some people / departments hardly talk to each other.

Pros

Great place to learn operations and engineering.

Cons

Politics play a role in hindering career progression and initiatives. Pay is sub par in comparison to industry standards. Culture is stale and conservative. Too much turnover.
