Pros

Money that’s it that’s all they have to offer. The corn syrup market is drying up and Ingredion is not investing in the HFCS plants.

Cons

No life just work 12-16 hours per shift or more.

Pros

Solid base with core business, cash available. International culture.

Cons

Stringy. Want to grow and beat competition by just wanting it, not prepared to invest into people and resource. Hoping to do everything on the cheap, trying to substitute resource with pressure. Goals and means to achieve goals are miles apart. 99% of the employees come from food science and related fields, struggle to think and operate outside this narrow box. Can only market basic starch products. Lot of fanfare about diversity but it is only about the superficial element: gender, race etc. nothing about skills, training, experience, attitude.
