The people are great. Everyone is sincerely committed to the organization's success. There are always growth opportunities.

Cons

Work/life balance is an ongoing challenge because of the turnover and churn that are a byproduct of all the growth opportunities.

Pros

They really care about their employees, very fair compensation for extra work, great recognition program. I feel incredibly valued as an employee. They help you grow and advance within the company and value personal growth.

Cons

not many company wide outings/bonding events for networking and bonding! communication is mostly by email, so you don't get to meet a lot of internal employees outside of your department/building.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. People can be nice and work/social activities are available. If you like to move about for you career opportunities exist.

Cons

Can be cliquish. Only company I have ever worked for that allowed close personal friends to supervise one another. If you aren't willing to move production opportunities get very limited.
