Pros

Overtime was almost unlimited Some managers were good

Cons

-Have to live here to make a good living for a family. -Refinery department lacks experienced front line managers(direct contact), they're more like engineers and don't know how to deal with the workforce, lacking in communication, stewardship, and doesn't promote comradery. -union employees morale is very low, causing attitudes and verbal altercations almost weekly between operators. -not enough training before releasing operators to a job. -operators were the one's who trained new operators so more than likely it was a disgruntled worker training a new worker so you know how that goes.
