Cons

Corruption at its best. Massive change without implemented plans for improvement or new processes that will truly streamline bottlenecks. Void of better program has caused extreme chaos in many areas. Coupled with such change are many layoffs for loyal employees. Hiring many millennials who just don’t know but at empowered to make naïve decisions.

The Benefits, Bonus and Challenges make you stay on boarded. The company is stable and reliable.

Cons

Everything is old fashioned. A lot of processes are still manual and the technology is not a primary tool to innovate through.
