-Significant effort to shift portfolio to consumer HW for long-term sustainability -Focus on DEI - still a ways to go but most effort I've seen in any corporate

Cons

-Decision paralysis at times -Management by committee at times - gets annoying on which VP/Director's feelings got hurt by not being in a meeting that already included 10 people
