You will form a lot of comradery with your coworkers - Endless opportunities in operations/management if you are willing to move - Competitive 401k - Salary employees receive a 3rd week of vacation in their 3rd calendar year

- Be prepared for your role to expand over time. They are always looking for ways to save money. They will reduce headcount without a 2nd thought and give the existing work to the employees who remain - Your salary will not keep up with the increased responsibilities referenced in the point above - Everyone is expendable...even you - Equipment is old and proper maintenance money to replace or restore is lacking - Hourly ranks are always understaffed because they won't pay to compete with the oil refineries in the area
