Great people at store level

Cons

Where can I begin first they give you enough work for three people and they wanted it done by a certain time with no overtime. I tell you not to work off the clock but they tell you to do what ever it takes to get this work done and not go over your hours. Ever since Ingles Senior died upper management do not care about there employees .

some selective employees seem to be able to slack on their work, and nothing is said. the ones that do there work seem to get discouraged because of it.

Laid back environment. Less management politics then other grocery chains.

Cons

Poor working conditions. Chemical inhalation from cleaning. Brown nosing to earn respect. They don't trust there people. Unfair working conditions.
