Pros

It was a job. S.C Drug Test, with salvia test in house

Cons

They hire part time, but they work over 32 hrs a week. Some employees have been there over 3 years working 37 to 39 hours week. No benefits, no paid vacation and No paid Holidays -- So full time but Classed as Part Time and NO Benefits as full time employees

Pros

The Co-Workers are very nice and you will learn that while it is a job there, it is also a community and you can have fun there.

Cons

Crooked Management, some members of the management like to pick favorites and will allow one employee to do something but write others up for it. They have very low pay. When I started, I was getting 2 days a week (11 hours a week) eventually that went up to 3 days and soon 4-5 when we started loosing some people. That was when I felt that my job gave acceptable pay but recently even under a new manager, they are hiring more people and cutting everybody's hours. I am now down to 3-4 days a week and if this keeps going I am sure I will have a few 2 day weeks.

Pros

Very laid back when it comes to store management. They look for people who want to work, the more you are willing to work, the more they will work you. Even as a part time employee, you have the potential to work full-time hours. Very easy to learn your job, even with the little training that you may receive. If you decide you want to advance, just be a go getter and be self motivated. The less they feel they have to train you, the more inclined they will be to promote you.

Cons

Corporate does not really seem to grasp what people in the stores actually have to deal with . Impossible tasks at time, especially for front end management. Pay rarely is equal to what you have to deal with on a day to day basis. One evaluation a year, and a base raise rate of $0.25 a year?!? Now with their recent expansion of their warehouse at the corporate office, people aren't even getting that!
