Ingles is pretty flexible, at least the store I worked at. I worked both part-time and full-time. It's just an average place to work at. Pay is ok.

Cons

It's not the nicest grocery store to work at. Way too concerned about Ingles cards. Store appearance is not a priority.

If you only want to work maybe 10-15 hours a week then I guess this job is for you.

Cons

You don’t get that many hours and you have to be friends or family or management. Not suppose to ask questions or have an opinion at all.
