Understaffed and overworked.

Good pay. Store is closed at night so no customers.

Cons

Expected to handle the workload of 3-4 people and you can't clock out until you do. Don't expect any help from co-workers, when their shift is done, they leave whether you need help or not. Overnight management not willing to work with unexpected schedule problems. Worst job I have ever had.
