      still trying to think of some pros

      Cons

      to much favor shown to district managers and people at home office, they do not understand that the people at the store level makes it for them, they pretend to care but they are ready to fire any one at any time , the ceo makes 1.3 million a year while the avg worker strugles to make their bills

      Pros

      Strong locally based company that is an industry stalwart in this area. The company is also growing at a steady rate both sales wise and store footprint wise

      Cons

      There are no in-depth training programs for new hires nor are there any of these for employees who have been with the company for a while and are attempting to grow. This leads to a bit of an unorganized environment at times, which leads to poor morale and heavy turnover. It seems like every store is on their own program sometimes

      Some great people. Get to learn customer service skills. Decent paycheck compared to other companies near by.

      Cons

      Managers are lazy. You do all the work while others get to talk for eight hours and get paid. Managers don't understand how much there actually is to do.
