Messy Basic deli job, I worked there in 2012

Pros

Some funny memories, a lot of eating deli meat and goofing off and not really doing much. I worked at the Asheville location off of merriman

Cons

No benefits and low pay. I had to work in the deli most people were really unhappy and a few co workers got into physical fights. Wacky hours and awful scheduling. And some terrible coworkers.

Ingles is a good place to work if you have low or no self-esteem. At the store level, the store managers bank on ignorance and the employees need to work. As a company Ingles doesn't care anything about you individually. You can be replaced immediately!

Lack of communication, Jerks running the warehouse, Had 2+ years on food distribution experience and they made me clean toilets when there were more suitable positions readily available.
