      Challenging job but worst management

      The job is quite interesting and challenge. Everyday there is new things to discover.

      Cons

      Management is really bad. Vendor was trusted without any improvement. The person who hired vendor always tried to hide vendor mistake from upper management.

      There are Flexible timings, means you can come at anytime and leave at anytime, which usually not happen

      Cons

      Work from office. Work late nights and even on weekends. Few old people run the entire company, and low experience guys are ruling everybody. No Appreciations and no rating. No Professionalism in work. Following agile with absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE about it. No parking, No responsibility of your vehicle.
