Ingenico offers a very flexible place to work. You get a lot of opportunities to work on things that interest you. Within one job, you have multiple roles that you can take. Great colleagues and a very international and diverse environment to work in!

Cons

It's a huge company, where you have to be proactive in being satisfied with what you do. If you have this proactive mindset, everything is possible!

Huge individual workload, the Covid-19 triggered a management crisis and things are a bit loose at the moment. Everyone is overwhelmed by the workload and can't keep up with the quality.
