Pros
Here it is almost always quality before quantity. So I have time to learn, analyze and build what I think is the ideal solution to every problem. Self-development is always appreciated and recognized by the management. The teams have (almost) full autonomy in deciding the way they work, which is awesome. However, I found that this could vary greatly between different departments.
Cons
For some people, they might find the environment not ambitious enough. To a certain degree it is also reflected in the company's wage structure, where they aim to pay market average salary.
