The job is quite interesting and challenge. Everyday there is new things to discover.

Cons

Management is really bad. Vendor was trusted without any improvement. The person who hired vendor always tried to hide vendor mistake from upper management.

Good progression in my experience - not convinced this is true of the company as a whole Great people to work with in general Good exposure to tier1 clients and large projects - nice for the CV

Cons

High workload Poor/No training Compensation very poor and not transparent (42k basic on leaving in management position) Consistently a lot of talk with not much action
