The people that work there are good. Its a shame the management team is not.

Cons

- The current senior management team have created a terrible and toxic environment. - Everyone is over worked and under huge stress. - They only hire ex CBA people for senior positions. As that is where the management team used to work. - They have no loyalty for their staff and are only interested in advancing their own careers.

lots of change. most of it inconsistent. senior management dont seem to be fully aware of the morale issues and are too focused on short term results to focus on long term satisfaction and sustainability
