      Pros

      Great work colleagues and team work. Some hybrid style of work, depending on position.

      Cons

      Company would rather lose great employees instead of dealing with toxic leadership. Compensation isn't fair and equitable. Currently hiring for executive roles while letting go of lower positions mostly held by minority employees. This isn't an environment that honors and supports DEI.

      Pros

      Good pay, Great benefits, Company culture is supportive, with integrity and they really do care about their people, and about their customers. Hard work is recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      For me: they no longer needed the expertise that I had to offer.
