I've been working here now for 1 year and I am very happy in my current position. There is a lot to learn within this constantly changing environment and I have not been bored for a minute. My Manager has been a good mentor and I have been able to develop myself a lot the last year.

Highly skilled environment and friendly colleagues. I think the complexity of this industry is impressive and adds a level of pressure to our work overall. From what I see, there are growth opportunities and most people are working hard to implement positive changes. It has mostly been a positive experience.

Cons

Too many meetings.The company culture is a little old fashioned - but maybe that is industry related.
