      Pros

      At GlobalCollect there is a culture in which you can initiate what you want to do with your career. You want to learn and improve. Speak up to your manager or a HR Business Partner and several options will be discussed with you. If you prefer sitting around and wait for something to happen this is probably not the company for you. In my opinion it is about working hard and celebrate successes you achieve alone and also with your team.

      Cons

      A lot of change is going on with in GlobalCollect. It is fun to be part of this but sometimes it also a bit difficult to find your way within the company.

      Pros

      Now that we are a part of a bigger group there are lots of resulting opportunities, more accountability and more scope for collaboration and process improvement. It''s good to be around smart people with fresh insights who are keen to make this thing happen. A lot of egos have been bruised in the process but some strong and passionate leadership has emerged too. Development of people has become a focus - need to keep the momentum going.

      Cons

      Still some uncertainty around the integration into a larger group, but it is getting better with time. Some people are still in the old, negative mindset - which is draining sometimes.

      Pros

      A lot of innovation, smart and knowledgeable colleagues, continuously growing, just taken over by Ingenico and the company seems to have a positive future perspective. There are a lot of opportunities to grow in your career (I had 2 promotions/ in 3 years).

      Cons

      It is a very fast, constantly changing and dynamic environment, this has to suit you. If this does not match your personality it would be very challenging to keep up.
