Pros
Somewhat flexible schedule, low bar for work, they don't fire ever really so you can literally sign up do nothing and get paid for it.
Cons
There is high turnover. Most people stick around for about a year or less and then leave, as a result most people who work at the company are very new or very bad at what they do. You get little to no training, below market salaries, little to no raises, and there is a lot of sexism running around. Management gives a lot of lip service but does not do anything about morale issue or incompetent workers. Most people who work here have one foot out the door and hate working here. Unless you're masochistic, you're better off not working here. If you can avoid working here, you should.
