- Feel like you are on paid long leave. - No work - Lot of time to work on personal items - Relaxed environment, No solid projects or development

Cons

- You will kill your skill - You will unlearn all industry best practices - You will become an order taker of the unskilled directors who have never seen the world outside Ingenico - No encouragement to bring new ideas - Adamant directors

Work environment is degrading, but it has its advantages

Pros

Multi cultural; you'll also find there are a lot of great and supportive colleagues if they are on your "level" or in a different department. Pension scheme is fantastic. Great experience and understanding of the payment world.

Cons

The culture, moral, and leadership. All of which are getting getting worse. There is a heavy "nothing will improve", and a very reactive (not pro-active) mind-set. Employee's are more numbers rather than people -not helped by the size of the company and budget cuts.

Appalling 'Rule from Paris' attitude. You would hear that someone had a new job without any opportunity for anyone else in the business to apply for it. Not a meritocracy. A lack of integrity in some areas, with cover ups of serious failings.
