Don’t be fooled by all of the glowing reviews. Employees are asked to write them to make the company look better. The truth is that the top executives are all good buddies & most of them have worked together a long time. They look out for each other & it’s fine to be ineffective, because if you’re in the club, it’s all good. I’ve watched senior leaders do mediocre work & get moved to other, bigger roles. HR is a great example. Meanwhile, other good leaders that aren’t in the club don’t go anywhere. The favoritism is blatant in ingenico.
