Pros

Working from home was a pro

Cons

Horrible communication from every single person in the company. No one is helpful or collaborative, and the environment itself is depressing. HR also is horrible. Straight up never responds or doesn’t know even the simplest questions. Managers don’t support growth and have been condescending and rude.

Pros

If you are a newbie and looking to move to other states at some point after a couple of months, that is (if you can handle the way this company treats the talents) then you can brag about joining this company.

Cons

False promises are made when you get hired, after about 3months you face the reality of the company, when you try to submit the claims for job related expenses you get a cold wind on your face, as the claims are processed from India and it takes close to a year for a small claim to be processed. I made a mistake of joining this false promiser. I make 38dollars per hour at infosys, I got to learn from the client that Infosys is charging them $85 per hour for my service, as you would expect the client does expect the work worth $85per hour from me, as that is what they are paying to Infy. Basically I get less then half of what Infosys is charging the client, I am forced to put in on average 12hrs of work everyday, while Infosys only allows me to put in 8hrs per day as I am considered "salary employee" and there is no overtime. This makes me feel like I should walk out of Infosys and just join a L1 position again and be happy while making a $35per hour, as it definitely wont require me to put in 12hrs of work on regular basis, and at least i will get overtime for the hours I work extra.

Pros

only campus from outside looks good.

Cons

If you think they have a very big campus then its only partially true, inside in one desk 4-5 persons will sit, no space to sit also. Even you have to wait for getting tables during lunch. This company is just for those who want job instead of sitting idle after BE,BTECH etc. Not For Tech Enthusiasts. Coming to the tech side, They recruit you just to compensate the employees who left the company, they don't bother about anything neither your skills nor your experience. You'll be on bench from day 1 and its you who have to find the project. You wont get variable pay if you are on bench after 1st quarter(only 50% 1st quarter). You'll get calls once in a while from all tier2, tier3 cities for some junk projects. When someone calls you for opportunity, they say its an onsite Newzeland, Switzerland, Australia etc but you have to come to other location like Pune, Gurgaon and work for 1 year. Not a good company for experienced persons unless if you are just looking for some job to make living.
