Pros

Good junior people. Parent company quite humble.

Cons

Only one - the CEO - deceitful, dishonest, no empathy, doesn't care, lies, plays people against each other, does not pay, shouts - the list is very very long. Not sure how this is been tolerated at the senior level - never seen such poor and terrible leadership. And oh - stop shouting and telling everyone you are the CEO - we know.

Pros

- Campus infrastructure. - Campus location. - Facilities and food-court.

Cons

This review is for Infosys Automation Group unit/vertical. Not Infosys company level review. Almost everything is wrong with Infosys Automation Group. - No respect to employees. - Too much biased and politics. - They have their own policies. - If Infosys level policy states 9.5 hours, Automation Group management will add additional 2 to 3 additional hours for meetings, lunch break, discussion. - Estimate are made taking into account of Saturday, Sundays and even National Holidays. Employees worked on May 1st and Jan 26th also. - Every day team is asked to work till 8 PM IST. Day starts at 8 AM IST. - Most of the managers/leads/architect in Automation Group lacks technical competencies or latest skills. - Every meeting or discussion ends with philosophical talks. - Engineers are compared with uneducated day-to-day workers like Plumbers, Builders, Maids, House-keepers. - None of the team leads or managers are ready to accept inputs from freshers from IITs or NITs or Premier Institutes. - Expert Track employees are asked to work 3-times more than normal employees, since Expert Track is paid more salary. - Any technical discussion with management or leads, ends up with philosophical talks or degrade talks. - Leads are hired internally from Infosys BPO who does not have any technical skills. - Management comments about employees physical appearance and eating/dressing habits. - Skilled employees quits Infosys Automation Group within a year or so. - Employees are frustrated each day and getting mentally harassed. - If you know how to sugar-talk and say YES to management, you are promoted and bonus is paid in full.

Pros

Lots of lovely, talented people who have been duped into working there.

Cons

Brilliant basics is built on a foundation of dishonesty, fear and inexperience. People are brought in on promises of bonuses, progression and opportunity - I can assure you that none of these materialise. What does materialise is a complete lack of vision and strategy, chaotic conditions and unrealistic expectations, soon followed by shouting, bullying and then lying to make you stay. Owned by a large company, they have some big clients, but the work is unrewarding and the parent company is making a terrible culture even worse. I expect they will soon take over. The CEO is an egomaniac, chauvinist and bully. On his own he is bad enough but this is made significantly worse by his second-in-command who is a sneaky, manipulative liar. He pits people against eachother and makes false promises to appear the good guy. He is a sinister puppeteer and it is beyond me how he gets away with it.
