      Pros

      I have seen people work on side business projects while working for infosys There are no real pros at this place. It is a 3rd class unsophisticated place.

      Cons

      They dupe people out of money all the time. No one tells you when you're hired that ONLY HALF OF SIGN ON BONUS IS GIVEN AT THE TIME OF HIRING REST IS GIVEN 6 MONTHS LATER. Bonus is never more than 80% of what you were promised. NEGOTIATE HARD AS HELL they need to hire more american citizens. Even though IRS has guidelines for perdiem this company will not pay more than $40 no matter which city you're in. Also there are no career opportunities or career development to speak of. You will be put on whatever project comes through.

      You have a job .But your salary still not guaranteed.

      Cons

      This body shopper is not paying their H1B employees who came from India to US when they are in between projects. DOL should put the CEO of this company behind bar for this fraud. Now they are hiring Other illiterate EB1C scammer who got GC from other Desi body shoppers to reduce visa percentage. Benefits is also third grade. Think 1000 times before joining this staffing agency.
