      Brand value .. Awesome infrastructure & facilities .. Young employee base .. Helps in securing admission to reputed MBA and MS colleges (India and abroad) ..

      Very low compensation .. Employees with 5.5 years experience in the company are paid 40-80% less than laterals who join at lower job bands .. what a joke .. CRR is driven by your relationship with your immediate manager .. no transparency in HR policies .. Onsite opportunities are far and few (driven by sheer luck and lobbying) ..
