      Nice campus. good technologies to work on. as in the latest ones Nice client base lucky enough to be part of development as most of the fellows are in shifts

      Pathetic work envrioment poor appraisal policy worst thing is thay have marked certification as a mandotory for promotion they have lost it big time infy was good now it's pathetic.

      Good company to start with. Foundation training at infosys gives you the edge to start of your career for a good future

      Cons

      No employee growth and recent irace framework is the reason for it. Role change or salary hike is not satisfactory

      Pros

      Nice infrastructure, good peer group. People are professional and helpful. Good work environment, process oriented and data driven.

      Cons

      While it used to be one small company where there was transparency in policies and the overall perception as an employee friendly organization. But as the company grew, it seems like the core objectives are forgotten. Now a days it's only policies or ways to restrict individual growth and better compensation. In some way, the management might have had good objectives but they were horribly executed in last few years.
