      1. Facilities 2. Brand name 3. There are some challenging projects

      Cons

      1. MCITY :( if you want promotion you should take up Mcity 2. Not much transparency in Appraisal, CRR 3. There are lot of forums to address concerns, but not effective.

      Good Infrastructure, Open and professional work culture. Good communication with managers and friendky co workers. Good Systems and envrionment to work in.

      Cons

      Bad HR policies. too complex performance appraisal mechanism. Frequent changes in compensation structure. Lack of Transparency in salary structures and complex variable pay formulae.

      Infosys is a good company for freshers or for those expecting a stable/slow moving career giving more weightage to personal committments against company. For growth aspiring and learning specific guys, Infosys is definately NOT a good company after 2 yrs of experience.
