      Pros

      One of the best companies to work from IF you are fresh out of college. The training program is extremely rigorous and detailed. Makes you a fine foot soldier.

      Cons

      Laterals get a raw deal. No stock options since last so many years. Unfriendly HR practices like i-race and 9.15 hrs mandatory work hours have brought in a lot of resentment.

      1. Great looking campuses 2. Brand recognition - at least in India 3. Still better that some low rank Indian IT companies

      Cons

      1. Stupid policy of maintaining 9.15 hrs of quarterly work hours average 2. Inter project politics leaving exp resource on bench while others looks for the same outside. 3. Non rigorous recruitment process leads to donkeys instead of horses around you.

      Brand name (which is being diluted very quickly) Sometimes they do listen to grievances and act

      No clarity on job role and profile Nobody takes bottomline responsibility -neither the Seniors nor the juniors -all point at following processes Till date I could not understand what is their vision - I hope they know themselves
