      Pros

      Great work Culture. Superb Facilities. Good infrastructure. Excellent supporting learning materials. Awesome training for freshers both on technology and soft skills. You will be fired only wen you are at the peak of worst.

      Cons

      You should be flexible to take up any project in any technology irrespective of ur interest. They rarely worried abt ur professional growth. All rules abt leaves, work timings, promotion, certifications will be frustrating. You can very easily get lost in the crowd. No transparency in promotions and visa processing. The thing to happen or not to happen purely depends upon ur manager, and not based on ur performance.

      1. Good training for freshers. 2. Brand name in the market (though it is eroding by the minute)

      Cons

      Mind numbing bureaucracy Hypocricy in HR/Top management communication. Too much of process that is extremely frustrating Too many rules (working hours, dress code, IRace etc etc)

      - good training for freshers -great campus in India -suitable for freshers and up to 10-12 years exp

      Cons

      - low benefits and compensation (compared to other tech companies) - promotion and progression options less -low availability of work/roles (especially for people above 15 yrs exp)
