Pros

I did't see any special Pros in Infosys.

Cons

Infosys has the following cons. 1. Do the false promise at the time of offer letter. 2 Do not mention all information on offer letter and after joining the company they just tell you it is not company policy. 3. If you complain to hire HR management they just delegate to associate. 4. HR guies are rude they force their opinion to you. 5. They hire for development but after joining company they deploy you in support project. You can not change projet till 18 months and there is no surity for project change. 6. There is no salary hike. 7 . They do not have cab facility 8. They do not have good cafeteria. 9. Coffee machine are old. 10 They do not have water drinking glass you have to carry with you from your home or have to wash in company. 11 They do not have coffee cup in office you have to carry this from your home.

Pros

Great people to work with, some very smart designers and developers to learn from. Exciting projects and the opportunity to travel the world.

Cons

Terrible management, you would be expected to stay ridiculous hours with no care in the world for your well being. I've witnessed colleagues put their heart and soul into projects, only for them to be shouted and screamed at from the people who are meant to be running the company.

Pros

Chance to get exposed to large tech companies

Cons

You'll likely sit around for months after training and have to deal with them expecting you to always be in constant communication with them and available any hour to answer calls from people in India about projects. The location they give you on your offer letter is meaningless, and they'll use your job security as ways to threaten you to get you to relocate multiple times no matter what personal financial cost it has on you. They'll pay you far under market average, despite being largely in major cities that cost subsantially more to actually live in. After all the time you sit around on bench after training, the odds are whatever project you get put onto will be filled with nothing but grunt work no matter your personal experience or even if you're not the newest person to join them. If you're not Indian, they'll actively work against you and make sure you know they see you as a lesser employee
