      Nothing, absolute joke of a company

      Cons

      Terrible, treated like your nothing. No one can do their job properly no communication, left fighting for your wages. Training is minimal and then left on your own with no help from manager. Stressful for minimum wage . Don't do it to yourself . Run far away. You'll be treated like you don't matter. Job advertisement says mobile billing but it's all about sales

      Pros

      I was benched for 7 months with pay. Management didn't check up on me. I flew under the radar along with several others who were in my bootcamp cohort. They are still benched, we are coming up on 1 year of employment.

      Cons

      Aligned to a position completely unrelated to what I was hired for. I was a .Net bootcamp grad, my program was partnered with Infosys. Due to the fact that I was new to the tech industry with no prior experience, I was not aligned to any projects which can give me experience. Now I am currently aligned with a project with a position that has no relation to what I studied.

      Good company but Cheap attitude

      Pros

      Infosys has not yet learned about giving salary hikes. They started giving it in India but not in the US. Inflation has risen a lot and there has been no salary revision. No clear policy on it and not even HR answers any questions related to it. We already get paid a very base salary when we get hired and if Infosys does not learn to appreciate their employees then likely enployees quit. They should at least meet the market. They don’t provide good tech resources to WFH employees. I asked for a spare monitor and they don’t provide it. I mean common it’s a tech company. How cheap they can be?

      Cons

      Most time good work-life balance, WFH availability, and lots of resources to learn.
