for graduate in bachelors everything have to learn 3 months including exams....h tech..., for others they are providing 6 months .......

Firstly you dont get to chose a career path for yourself if you are a fresher The company will not see your performance, instead they will openly admit that it is randomly selected by the system regardless of your interests. If you are lucky enough to get a good technology stream, the HR and TPD of your unit will make sure you do not get a relevant project and keep you on bench for 3 months They will ask you to join some accelerate task (internal work) and keep torturing you. They will train and map people from completely unrelated domains into your domain project and you will get mapped into CIS formerly known as IMS forcibly If you are further lucky to get a decent project in CIS and if it has some related technology they will make sure you do not get to work on it Instead they will want some experienced people there and map you to a legacy/primitive/useless technology with no future scope
